Shipping/Delivery

Orders for the following week must be updated in user accounts by end of day Thursday.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but the following delivery windows are targeted for the following order types:

  • Pitted Seed orders (only): 2pm – 6pm PST on Sundays
  • Parter chefs/restaurants (only): 1pm – 4pm PST on Mondays
  • Mix-and-match orders (partner chef/restaurants only): 1pm – 4pm PST on Mondays
  • Mix-and-match orders (including Pitted Seed orders: 1pm – 4pm PST on Mondays

Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pit and Seed LLC is responsible for only the delivery of partner chef/restaurant orders, and not the accuracy of their orders or quality of food (except the Pitted Seed menu), except in so far as it relates to the delivery of that food.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at the following in order to discuss remedies. We will either handle the matter internally, or connect you with our partner chefs/restaurants as appropriate.

As a policy, membership fees are not refundable and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. In no situations will refunds be given for partial months, only in the case of annual memberships where a pro-rated annual amount, considering the advertised monthly rate at the time and billing completely for all partial months, will be considered.
