Our healthy take on a loco moco, the famed Hawaiian grain bowl. Choice of grain and protein (brown rice and Beyond Meat are recommended), mushrooms, hard-boiled egg, avocado, spinach, green onion, and It’s-All Gravy.

Vegetarian and gluten-free by default, with plant-based substitutes available for egg (otherwise contains egg, upgrade contains wheat, always contains soy and mustard). No gluten-free or dairy-free substitutes are currently available for biscuits, so we’re unable to upgrade the vegan version of this dish.
